EXCHANGES
Since our inventory is very limited, we currently accept returns instead of exchanges as lots of items are out of stock. The easiest way to ensure you get your desired size is to place a new order for it and then return the original item if needed for a refund of the unwanted bikini. Please note that all returns must comply with our return policy.
RESTOCKS
As a small business, our restocks typically take around 1 to 2 months for our most popular designs. Some styles may be discontinued and not restocked, but best-selling pieces usually return within that timeframe.
SHIPPING
U.S.A. Shipping: We ship from California. Standard shipping via USPS takes 2 days within CA and 4 to 7 business days to other states. Free shipping on orders over $75 USD. Express shipping is available for $13 USD and takes 2 to 3 business days. International shipping is $18, sent via FedEx, UPS, or USPS depending on carrier availability. Please note that Peléa is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties — these charges are the customer's responsibility and may be due upon receipt of your package.
REFUND AND RETURN
If your purchase meets all the requirements outlined in our return policy, you are eligible for a refund. To proceed, please pack your order securely and ship it back to the address provided in our return policy. You can use any carrier of your choice such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Once we receive the returned items, our team will review them to ensure they meet the policy conditions — tags on, no stains, odors, and absolutely no signs of usage. Once the review is complete we will issue a refund for the purchase amount back to the original payment method.
